• Publishing educational content, industry benchmark reports, case studies, and technology overview documentation.

3. User Eligibility & Representations

By interacting with our platform, submitting forms, or booking consultations, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your state/country).
2. You possess full corporate legal authority to bind the company, organization, or legal entity on whose behalf you are seeking development services.
3. All information, project scope descriptions, budget parameters, and contact credentials provided to DevEngine are accurate, complete, and truthful.
4. Your use of our website and services complies fully with all applicable local, federal, and international laws.

4. Matching Process Disclaimers & Independent Contractor Status

4.1 No Guarantee of Match Outcome or Performance

While DevEngine utilizes commercially reasonable review criteria to introduce reputable Development Partners, we do not guarantee that any introduction will result in a executed contract, a successful project completion, or specific commercial outcome.

4.2 Independent Contractor Status of Development Partners

Development Partners introduced through DevEngine are completely independent third-party entities. They are not employees, agents, legal partners, joint venturers, or sub-contractors of DevEngine. DevEngine does not exercise control over the work product, development methodologies, pricing structures, or staffing decisions of any Development Partner.

4.3 Informational Badges & Metrics

Any case study titles, impact statistics (e.g., "70% Faster", "45% Reduction"), client logos, or ratings displayed across DevEngine landing pages reflect self-reported data, historical case summaries, or historical metrics from network providers. They are provided solely for illustrative context and do not constitute a performance guarantee or explicit warranty for your specific project.

4.4 Zero Obligation

You are under no legal or commercial obligation to contract with, engage, or hire any Development Partner introduced by DevEngine. You remain free to decline any introduction or seek external development providers at any time.

5. Fee Structure & Third-Party Contracting

DevEngine offers its core matching and introduction services to visiting client businesses at no direct service fee. DevEngine receives referral fees, commission arrangements, or promotional consideration directly from Development Partners upon successful introductions or contract executions.

Any contract, statement of work (SOW), master service agreement (MSA), pricing quote, or payment schedule is negotiated and executed strictly between you and the chosen Development Partner. DevEngine is not a party to any contract executed between you and a Development Partner.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All landing page design code, logos, brand names, visual styling, icons, text copy, graphic assets, and dynamic Nuxt/Nitro architecture components on usedevengine.com are the exclusive property of DevEngine and protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view website content solely for personal or internal business evaluation. Scraped content, automated copying, or unauthorized re-publication of our website assets is strictly prohibited.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
